The EcoMall Shopping Center is a benchmark in sustainable large-scale retail in Italy. Located in the Bologna metropolitan area, the complex spans 45,000 sqm of commercial space across three levels.

• 100% LED lighting with presence sensors
• Parking with 120 electric vehicle charging stations

Certifications

The project achieved LEED Platinum certification, the highest level attainable, thanks to an integrated approach to sustainability throughout every phase of design and construction.
