The Project

The Green Innovation Hub is a newly built campus designed to host startups and innovative companies in the cleantech sector. The building was conceived from the start as a nearly zero-energy building (nZEB).

• Ventilated facade with integrated photovoltaic panels
• Rainwater collection and reuse system
• Vertical gardens and green roof for natural thermal management
• Geothermal system for heating and cooling
• Advanced building management system

Impact

The campus now hosts 45 companies and over 300 professionals, generating an estimated annual energy saving of 180,000 kWh.
