What you'll do

You will manage group communication and marketing, promoting our projects (construction sites, properties, energy, corporate) across all active channels, with a concrete, measurable and business-oriented approach.

Social media & content management

• Management of corporate social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Content ideation and editorial line definition aligned with the brand
• Visual content and graphics production with Canva
• Video production (reels, short content, construction/project clips) with CapCut or similar tools
• Caption writing, copy and storytelling for different targets (B2B, B2C)
• Post scheduling and community management
• Performance monitoring and editorial optimization

Campaigns & brand positioning

• Support in designing and managing multichannel communication campaigns
• Launch and promotion of new Tecnocem constructions and projects
• Creation of communication and sales materials (brochures, presentations, property sheets, ADV)
• Coordination with external agencies/suppliers for shooting, video, creativity, PR
• Ensuring visual consistency and brand tone of voice

Email marketing & corporate materials

• Creation and management of newsletters/DEM
• Writing texts for internal and external communications
• Updating institutional materials (company profile, board presentations, press releases)

Website & SEO

• Website and project page content updates
• Basic on-page SEO optimization
• Long-form content production (blog, news, case studies)

Analytics & reporting

• Social channels, website and campaign data analysis
• Monthly reports with insights and improvement proposals
• Data-driven strategy optimization

• 2–5 years experience in marketing/communication (company or agency)
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills (short and long form)
• Advanced Canva knowledge or equivalent tools
• Experience with CapCut / video editing tools for short content
• Familiarity with digital tools and CMS (WordPress or similar)
• Basic SEO and website management skills
• Good autonomy in managing editorial plans and multichannel content
• Ability to work with KPIs and reporting
• Knowledge of ADV (Meta/Google)
• Use of AI tools for content (ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)
• Degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
